MF and MFX Mixers - Machine
The STATOMIX™ MF and MFX Cartridge mixers were developed for the
MIXPAC® F200ml and MIXPAC® F400ml
Systems. The F System mixers
feature a unique, state-of-the-art
interface design between the static mixer
and the cartridge. This interface features separated outlets which eliminates
the possibility
of crosscontamination and curing at the mixer tip.
An enhanced design of the static mixer allows for the
mixing and dispensing
of higher viscosity adhesives. Higher dispensing
pressures also allow for use
of smaller mixers, promoting less waste.
The MF and MFX Series mixers come in a variety of mixer sizes to
accommodate ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1. The
MF and MFXmixers
will mix virtually any 2-part material including epoxies, silicones,
urethanes, acrylics and polyesters.
